Dear Valued Customers,

We are writing to inform you of two significant updates to Telkomsel's policies, effective April 1st, 2024 with the below criteria:

Requirement for Brand Inclusion in OTP SMS:

It is mandatory for every OTP (One-Time Password) SMS sent through Telkomsel's network to include the name of the associated brand, service, or program. Any OTP SMS lacking brand identification will result in traffic being blocked.

Blocking of Inactive Sender IDs:

Telkomsel will block Sender IDs that have not been used for transactions in the next six months starting from 1st of April 2024.

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to these new policies to ensure a seamless transition and continued reliability of Telkomsel's services.
