As announced previously, with email subject : Action Required: Update Firewall Whitelist for 8x8 CPaaS SMS & Messaging APIs by October 31, 2025

As part of our commitment to service excellence, this infrastructure expansion is necessary to support future capacity growth, enhance routing performance, and improve the overall resilience of the 8x8 CPaaS platform.

No downtime is expected if the new IPs have been whitelisted and if your systems do not restrict outbound traffic based on destination IP addresses..
